Redo's and missing assignments
Our students can earn any grade that they wish, we make this possible by giving our students autonomy over their grades. Students that received a score that is unacceptable to them may redo the assignment and or test at no penalty.
Homework tips for students
Be organized: find a system that works for you. (Examples include homework folder, notebook, or use of a planner)
Set aside a time and place everyday to work (if you have no homework that night then study!).
Keep distractions away: turn off the TV, radio, or other devices.
If you need help don't be afraid to ask.
Review past assignments and study.
Practice difficult concepts until they become easy.
Know what is expected (I will try my hardest to be crystal clear, if you have any questions please ask)
Use a book bag, or other organizer to transport and keep work in.
Don't get overwhelmed (take one thing at a time)
Never, never, never give up!
